Yes, I'm starting this off with myself.  If you don't like that, get your own damn blog, LOL.  I'm an award-winning Toronto-based artist who specializes in archival scenes, particularly winter ones.  I have a background in film and television which has contributed to a 'film noir' look to my work.  I often get comparisons to Alex Colville and Edward Hopper.
